What could I say about this special wedding? It was a treat to work with Jessica and Nicholas on the first official wedding to take place at the beautiful heritage church that they were restoring into a venue. How utterly touching that it is also their home, and that it was their wedding!
And of course, the reasons to smile continue to pile up: their wedding took place under sunny August skies, at a time when groups of fifty could safely gather together; the venue was a quick 15min drive from my home, and I was able to scoot home and come back properly dressed to be a guest; and of course, the cherry on the top, their darling sweet baby was able to attend (in utero). How special that the day officially marking their first day as a family, Jessica and Nicholas were able to have their little one there as well. I couldn't be more honoured to be part of this wonderful day.
